Using the case of Arnold Rothstein as an example, and drawing on (and citing) passages in the book, explain the strategies using by organized crime, and the patterns that emerge, when the sale of a valuable commodity (e.g. drugs, illegal booze) is placed under the control of organized crime. How are these examples the same or different?
