Outcome: You will write a letter to yourself reflecting on the age stages in the unit providing advice and comparison to your experiences (or potential experiences).
INSTRUCTIONS: For this portion of the letter to self, you will write a letter to the “you” that has been covered in the first 4 weeks of the class. (Modules 1-6). This is a reflection and a description of the “you” that made it through those first few stages that have been covered. Included in this should be information pertaining to the first 6 modules that can be applied to life experiences you have had. Discussing the physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development of these stages is required as well. 
This should be anywhere between 1-2 double spaced pages. No citations are required as this is an informal letter to oneself. 
The purpose is to apply these newly learned concepts to your own life. Relating information to oneself as a way to reinforce the content learned. If there are any questions, please email for clarification.
