Students will read a book on leadership from the following options. Your review will highlight ten (10) lessons from the book that are most applicable for you and how you plan to implement each lesson in your life and work.
Number each lesson 1-10. This is essential.
List each leadership lesson and then record your personal implementationstrategy.
Make it easy for your professor to identify your ten leadership lessons. Your review should be submitted in a typed format. Length is not limited – (average length is 5-7 pages). The more information that you provide, the better I will be able to discern what you learned. Shorter is NOT better.
USE THESE HEADINGS: The review will include three parts: Content and critical thinking are vital.
1) SUMMARY – Short summary of the book contents – one or two paragraphs. Add an outline so that I know that you understand the purpose and design of the book.
2) LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES – Ten (10) Favorite Leadership Principles & personal implementation. These lessons must be numbered1-10.
This section must include two paragraphs for each lesson.
1ST – students will list and explain your 10 favorite leadership principles.
2nd – students will describe your personal strategy/plan for implementing each leadership concept into your life and personal leadership.
alf of the credit is for listing and explaining the principles and half the credit is for describing how you will implement this principle in your work and life. These lessons must be numbered 1-10.
3) CRITIQUE – Final paragraph
Type your thoughts on the contents and/or contribution of the book to the field of leadership and
