Your good friend purchased a used car one year ago. He has had several problems with the car and believes the dealership is not fixing his car correctly since it has stopped working for the third time, stranding him without a working vehicle.  He called you to get some advice since you had a similar issue with your car several years ago and currently work at a car dealership as a Customer Relations Specialist.  He had wanted to file a complaint in civil court. You meet him and review the sales contract.  As with many people, he didn’t realize that the contract contains an arbitration clause he is required to comply with. 
With so many customer complaints at your dealership about arbitration clauses, you were assigned to give a presentation to the sales associates about these clauses, which include:
Explaining what they are,
The law they are based on,
Why they are used,
What the arbitration process will be,
Why they are cost-effective,
Why ethically these make sense, and 
How a customer should be informed about the inclusion of such a clause.
This assignment will be presented in a narrated PowerPoint presentation that will be no less than 5 and no more than 7 slides.  Your final slide (not counted into the minimum/maximum total will be your sources)
