In this assignment, you will analyze and evaluate the outcomes of Emily’s case discussed in Topic 6 by completing the “Evaluation Worksheet.” Select one of the three possible types of evaluations—outcome evaluation, process evaluation, or satisfaction evaluation—to assess the effectiveness and impact of the intervention in Emily’s situation.
You will then explain the purpose of the type of evaluation you chose.
You will then create four questions that you would ask/include in your evaluation.
