You are now getting closer to your educational goal. As you prepare to graduate and focus on the next steps in your professional life, this is a good time to reflect on what you have learned so far.
Employers will be interested to hear what you have learned in your educational journey and how you will use that knowledge to help the organization achieve success. Employers want to speak with potential employees who can share their skills and identify the strengths they possess. In your career journey, you will need to share that information as you advance in your profession or seek new jobs. This is important for job applications and interviews.
Developing a Program Portfolio demonstrating the skills learned during your degree program can help you as you move forward in your educational or career journey. It provides you with an opportunity to summarize your learning, skills, and experiences and share them with others.
Using your business plan (I’ve attached my business plan),you will create a PowerPoint with 6-8 slides on using Kotter’s Eight-Step Process to lead change in your own company. Include at least 200 words of speaker notes on each content slide. You will include a title slide and a reference slide. 
Make sure you address the following in your presentation:
How will you apply each step in the process to your company to implement change?
What are the advantages of using Kotter’s 8-Step Process in your company?
How will your leaders use the eight steps to address common business challenges faced in the modern workplace?
